Monstrosity #122

Monstrosity #122 hunts primarily in desert regions. One of its favorite haunts are lonesome desert highways. It can also be found scurrying around desert plains mimicking animals and desert artifacts like cacti, trees, bushes, and tumbleweeds for hours on end.
This creature makes no sound from its mouth our otherwise--its wing-like appendages do not make flapping noises against the wind and its feet do not crunch against the sand.
Besides being soundless this creature can cloak itself to become nearly invisible. It can also seemingly materialize invisible objects and use them at will. It is not unheard of to see #122 running up imaginary stairs or shooting invisible objects from its hands. However, utilizing these powers appear to be a last resort as feats like this look to be extremely tiresome for it.
This Monstrosity's diet consists of desert animals primarily but will dine on humans as well. However, with human prey, this creature ritualistically beheads its victims and eats only their hands and feet.
